The new Ambassador of Mexico to Singapore, His Excellency Antonio Villegas, is inviting members of the Foreign Correspondents Association for an exhibition tour of more than 70 works from Mexican artists and dinner. 

The Road to Modernity: Mexican Modern Painting feature works from artists like Diego Rivera, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Jose Celemente Orozco, Rufino Tamayo and Frida Kahlo. The exhibition traces major developments in Mexican art from the 1900s to the 1950s that reveals a country of crossroads, a recipient of the most diverse currents of universal thoughts and participant in the creation of new art horizons.

The event starts at 6.30pm and there are 20 seats reserved for FCA members.
